Garlic Chive Pesto Dressing (on the side)
Today’s recipe is used in two ways: to marinate chicken breasts for grilling and as a dressing for a garden fresh salad. I’m also posting for the April Food ‘n Flix feature film: Peter Rabbit.

Olive Oil Poached Eggs with Toast Points and Hot Honey for Why I Never Finished My Dissertation
It’s a first today at EE…the first collection of poetry that I’ve reviewed here and paired with a recipe. Enjoy this slim volume of verse along with a most excellent breakfast option.

Granola Waffles
No book review today. No link ups. No Food ‘n Flix or Cook the Books. As novel as it is, here’s an original recipe for a delicious, hearty and mostly healthy breakfast staple: Granola Waffles!

Strawberry-Jasmine Jam for The Girl in the Painting
Welcome to the latest stop on the TLC Book Tour, one for The Girl in the Painting by Tea Cooper. I did receive a free copy for an honest review. About the Book: A young prodigy in need of family. Sourdough Granola Muffins
These granola muffins are a great grab-n-go breakfast. Use your sourdough discard and toss in whatever you like: dried fruit, more nuts. If you don’t have granola, use some oatmeal with a bit of cinnamon. Hope you enjoy!

New record low of course…just another 100 year weather occurrence which seems to be happening more and more. Weather and climate change are catalysts for a new short…
